What is Solution-focused therapy, what can it do for you, and how can I help you?

Solution-focused therapy is about finding and focusing on solutions to problems. You will likely already know how to solve your problem.

During a session, the focus is on your needs to help you deal with matters. I’ll guide you using solution-focused techniques and hypnosis. In hypnosis, your mind will be in a focused state of attention, and you’ll feel relaxed. I declutter your mind by removing all the background ‘noise’ that stops you from doing what you want to do, and this will bring forward the real you.

I don’t go deeply into past trauma, problems or causes. Instead, I help you look forward to finding things you can do. Things that can help you make a better you, ways of dealing with and coping with problems that you were facing.
