Relaxation Audio
Find headphones, a quiet place and a moment for yourself to relax each evening.
Before running the audio, follow these steps:
- Take some deep breaths. In and more slowly out. Do this twice.
- When you are ready, think about your goal and how it would look when you reached this goal. Maybe you can incorporate this into the relaxation audio too.
- Now sit back and relax and play the audio.
- You can repeat this every day. This will allow your mind to make adjustments.
- Be open to this process and take manageable steps to reach your goal.
This is part of the process that will help you each day, soon you can begin to notice for yourself, a difference.
